At JVN Hair, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and at least half of the product must remain to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
