What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is at least half full.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. JVN Hair is proud to be 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use animal-derived ingredients.
